The purpose of the given work is maintenance of modernization of full-scale modeling installation of the device for the granulated ammoniac saltpeter capsulation in the direction of expansion of opportunities of interaction processes detail studying of a firm phase and gas in the spouted bed, participation in the improvement of a line path units and carrying out of modernized installation research tests. Method of research: is an experimental modeling. According to the technical project a completion of an unloading unit flowing path design is carried out regarding installation of an additional membrane which interferes with formation of lateral jets in the channel of the modeling installation gas supply; the angle of conicity of the gas-distribution device and the diameter of an aperture for gas submission has been changed; the device has been equipped with workplaces for a video shooting and operative computer processing of the information with sensor equipments; units have been made and reconstruction of the installation conic part from "circular" to "polycircular" has been carried out; carrying out of research has been provided with the modernized installation for various loose materials.
