Methods: the genealogical analysis,polymerazae chain reaction, restriction analysis.Results: the DNA- bank of patients with premature ovarian failure (53 women) and 74 families with recurrent pregnancy loss was created. The frequency and spectrum of of mutations of inhibin-gene, FMR1 gene (women with premature ovarian failure) and gene family of glutathione-S- transferazse (couples with recurrent pregnancy loss) were determined. The correlations between the kind of mutation and the phenotypical symptoms were established. The metodics of DNA-analysis of mutatins were elaborated.
