Adaptation in the conditions of the complex influencing of factors of antarctic region takes place due to tension of psyhophisiological functions of organism. The expressed of the dizadaptivity phenomena shows up the origin of day's and seasonal desinchronose violations which are characterized to the flattened rhythm of some psyhophisiological indexes and psihoemotional tensions, the worst displays of disadaptation and overstrain are determined in a period arctic the winter, therefore this period is acknowledged by especially a risk for the display of functional psychological and somatic violations, to development and sharpening of illnesses. It is exposed, that for the period of expedition the hidden forms of the hypoxya phenomena develop at winterers, communicate both with the special antarctic factors, and chronic tension of organism. The conducted researches are directed on the aiming study of the psyhophisiological and genetic mechanizms regulation oxygen modes at winterers on the station Academician Vernadsciy taking into account influencing of regional factors, and also exposure of functional changes of organism under act of these factors.
