In local populations two life forms – high body rapidly-growing and small dark-coloured hard-growing, are distinctive. They are the forms of survival in different conditions. Compared with other species of local fauna, the silver crucian has higher resistance to chemical contamination of water and it is capable to transfer temporary drying and freezing of reservoirs, and to use the local species of the carp family as the sperm donors (" a reproduction parasitism"). In the enveloped by learning part of the species habitat the differences in sexual frame of populations and the changes of relations between diploid and triploid forms (the triploidy increases in the direction from east to west) are detected.
