Goal of this research is to develop software that allows to simulate ship movement under the action of rough waters with provision for elastic oscillations and to determine its kinematic and dynamic parameters. Simulation is main method of this research. In the course of this study the program that allows to determine kinematic and dynamic parameters of ship movement with provision for elastic oscillations of its hull was developed. Results of this research may be used to develop specialized CAD system for ship navigation systems. Possible further research trend is to develop method for through design of ship navigation systems.
