An analysis was executed and balance was made of the specific wastes of the enterprise (by-products of coking acid tar, biochemical treatment tar). The methods of their preparation were developed in the order to feed them to the coal charge. Experimental and industrial test were made to introduce additives and by-products to the blend and their influence on the output and quality of blast-furnace coke was analyzed. A technological scheme of introduction of additives and by-products was to the charge developed with the purpose of introduction at the JSCf "Makeevkoks". The proposed technical solution will allow the coke works to create a closed cycle of production and to utilize a number of by-products from chemical workshops.
