Proposals are prepared and proved for the control diagram of MS-2-8 satellite, as dual-purpose satellite, and for creation of special programs planning Center (SPPC), as separated structural unit within the framework of the ground information complex. The version of interaction FCC and SPPC is offered within the framework of a technology control cycle of satellite in view of separated planning on working orbits. Additions are prepared for design solutions about development of the satellite control software, directed on increase of a automation level in the control subsystem of satellite by minimization of data entered by the operator. Storage of the special software information of FCC subsystems in general FCC database is proved. It is developed SSW for satellite control subsystem and for information support subsystem of MS-2-8 satellite FCC and its autonomous tests are lead.
