Goal: There was determining the peculiarities of drugs treatments and risk factors modifies, evaluating of the clinical parameters, heart remodeling and exercise tolerance dynamics during long-time rehabilitation in post-infarction clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster for creating new methods of MI rehabilitation. Methods: clinical, analysis of irradiation influence as well as others risk factors, Holter electrocardiography monitoring, Doppler-echocardiography, bicycle ergometry. Results: In Q-IM clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster were determined more ones 25-50 sZv irradiated. But risk factors before MI were registered in these cases. In Q-MI patients long duration of ST-depression per day, heart arrhythmia (ventricular and supraventricular) took place. Next MI follow-up determined heart remodeling (predominantly left ventricle dilatation), heart rate variability lowering. Based on determining of the main factors and parameters those were before MI and its course peculiarities, there were created rehabilitation treatment protocols in post-infarction clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster. Clinical, heart remodeling and exercise tolerance dynamics during long-time rehabilitation in post-infarction clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster according to protocols rehabilitation treatment were evaluated. Quantity and duration of angina pectoris events, as well as in 1.5-2 times silent ST-depression were reduced according to protocols rehabilitation treatment. Furthermore heart arrhythmia (ventricular and supraventricular) lowering took place. Exercise tolerance was increased on 12.6 % and exercise duration was increased on 60 sec. Efficacy: Determining of management of clinical parameters, heart remodeling and exercise tolerance during long-term rehabilitation according to protocols would facilitate lowering ofreinfarction, heart failure, hospitalizations in post-infarction clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster.
