The purpose: To determine character of immunophenotyping and molecular-genetic attributes of a tumor clone, feature of dermatostructures and immunogenetic structure in comparison to clinical current of malignant process at patients with CLL, MM, lymphomas. Methods: hematological, immunogenetic, immunological, cytogenetic, dermatoglyphic, cultural and molecular-genetic. The database on 25 patients with MM, 33 with CLL and 46 with lymphoma is generated. The preliminary data about clinical-hematological features of current CLD are received depending on lines of parameters. It is established the prognostic importance LDG and CRB at MM and LDG at CLL. It is shown, that expression of CD38 antigens more than on 30 % of cells is a negative prognostic marker of current of disease. It is proved the prognostic importance of the mutational status of genes of antibodies. The HLA-genetic structure of the surveyed patients for the further analysis of associative connection with onkohematological pathology is determined. A marker of the prognosis of current of disease is КF. Levels of spontaneous secretion IL-1, IL-2, IL-4 TNF-a of PB mononuclear enable to estimate current CLPD.
