Нейрофізіологічна і нейропсихологічна оцінка когнітивних функцій і чинників ризику їх порушень в УЛНА на ЧАЕС, опроміненим у дозах більше 0,3 Зв Head Loganovsky Kostyantyn Mykolayovych, Registration Date 21-01-2008 Organization Research Centre for Radiation Medicine popup.description2 Object of study: 60 сlean-up workers irradiated in doses 0,3 - 4,5 and 29 not irradiated patients with cognitive disorders; 20 healthy persons. Purpose of study - to define cognitive disorders neurophysiological and neurophysiological characteristic property and primary risk factors in remote period of irradiation as result of Chernobyl accident and make out metods of psychoprofilactics and psychoreabilitations for sufferings. Methods of study - clinical, neuropsychological, neurophysiological, statistical. On the basis of the developed report unified neurophysiological and neurophysiological estimations cognitive functions are defined characteristic neuropsychological features cognitive infringements in doses more then 0,3 Sv - infringements of verbal memory, speech, intelligence and frustration of regulation of any activity, at preservation of ability to orientation and gnostic functions. Neuropsychological qualities consist in increase relative delta-activity, especially in left frontal-temporal area, decrease in absolute teta-capacity in the left temporal area and diffusive alpha activity reduction. Diagnostic criteria cognitive infringements in doses more than 0,3 Sv are developed. Were determined their major factors of risk - neuropsichyatric pathology, age, an irradiation dose. Are established dose-dependet cognitive infringements in a range of doses 0,3 - 4,5 Sv: decrease in the general factor of intellectuality and verbal training is proportional to an irradiation dose. Scientific publications are published, reports at conferences and seminars are given. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
