The purpose of the work is products production technology mastering from ZrO2 stabilized by 10 % of Y2O3 with higher indices of compression strength. The research methods are determination of chemical and phase compositions, physical ceramic refractory property indices from zirconium oxide stabilized by 10 % of Y2O3. As a result of the carried out work the technology has been mastered and the pilot batch of refractory products with higher compression strength from zirconium oxide stabilized by 10 % of Y2O3 (ЦИС - 1Т) has been produced in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy". The produced products were characterized by high property indices and were put into export to one of the consumers for carrying out industrial tests in sets-up of monocrystal growth. According to the results of the carried out work ТУ У which regulate the products property indices from ZrO2 stabilized by Y2O3 have been developed and confirmed. The pilot batches of refractory products from zirconium oxide stabilized by 24 % of Y2O3 in the form of a lid of 3 positions, a disc with an interlock of 1 position and a sector with an interlock of 1 position which are characterized by high property indices and the corresponding requirements of ТУ У (ЦИС - 2) in accordance with ТИ have been produced in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy". The products of ЦИС - 2 have been dispatched to external and internal markets to consumers for application in sets-up of monocrystal growth. The work shall be continued in the line of production volume extension of refractory products of ЦИС - 1Т as well as the volumes of their introduction in sets-up of monocrystal growth in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.
