The purpose of the work is ramming mixture production technology reprocessing from zirconium oxide, stabilized by ~10% Y2O3. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, X-ray phase analyses of raw material, ramming mixture and mortar from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 on phosphate bunch. The researches of the influence of filler grain maximum size and interfraction correlation in large grain constituent of the batch on the main indices of ramming mixture samples properties have been carried out. It has been determined that the ramming mixture samples from multiconstituent batch of optimum grain composition with maximum filler grain size of 3,2 mm possess the highest properties indices after firing at temperature 1750 °C. The samples properties are open porosity of 16,3 %, apparent density of 4,93 g/cm3, ultimate compression strength of 48 MPa, heat resistance (1300 °C - water) - 3 heat changes. As a result of the carried out researches a new type production technology - powder mixes from zirconium oxide, stabilized by Y2O3 for the ramming mixture of СЦИН-1, which has higher properties indices than the ramming mixture produced earlier, has been developed. The pilot batches of ramming mixture and mortar from zirconium oxide stabilized by Y2O3 as well as powders of the same fraction composition of 5-2 mm have been produced and dispatched to the consumer.
