The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of corundum and fireclay concrete mixes. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, electron microscopic, physical-mechanical and thermo-mechanical ones. The comparative researches of influence of high-alumina cement produced in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" on properties of corundum grade "СКпл-50-94" and fireclay grade "СШБ" of concrete mixes have been carried out. As a result of the carried out researches it has been established that samples' properties with calcium dialuminate cement are higher in comparison with calcium monoaluminate cement. The type and amount influence of different plasticizing agents on corundum (СКпл-50-94, СКпл-60-94) and fireclay (СШБ) concrete mixes has been researched. It has been determined that the use of the plasticizing agent "Silubit FB-10" in thecomposition of corundum concrete mix "СКпл-50-94" and fireclay concrete mix "СШБ" allows to decrease hydraulic binding agent content in the concrete mix composition (by 1,6 - 1,9 times); it provides water consumption decrease 1, 6 - 1,9 time more; ultimate crushing strength increase in the whole interval of the researched temperatures by 2,0 - 3,3 times more and accessible porosity decrease - by 1,2 - 1,6 time more. The comparative researches of the influence of the plasticizing agent "Silubit FB-10" and sodium tripolyphosphate ( Na5P3O10) on samples' properties from corundum concrete mix "СКпл-60-94" and fireclay concrete mix "СШБ" used for concrete article production have been carried out. It has been determined that the addition "Silubit FB-10" provides insignificant improvement of samples'properties and it can be applied along with sodium tripolyphosphate addition. The use of the above-mentioned addition allows widening source of raw materials while concrete mix production, decreasing hydraulic bindingagent content, which in its turn allows increasing linings resistance of thermal and metallurgical aggregates. The application for the proposed invention for the composition of corundum concrete mix with a plasticizing agent has been submitted. In accordance with the existing normative documentation the pilot batches of concrete mixes of "СКпл-50-94", "СКпл-60-94", "СШБ" and the products on their bases dispatched to the customers have been produced. The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of concrete mixes with CaO content no less than 3 wt.% including the use of the new plasticizing agents types.
