The purpose of the work is calcium aluminate cement technology reprocessing. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, physical mechanical, X-ray phase ones. The researches on calcium technology reprocessing of aluminate cement obtained by intergrinding of calcium monoaluminate clinker with alumina addition have been carried out. By carrying out researches of grinding kinetics in the industrial mill it has been established that the specific surface area of calcium monoaluminate cement with alumina addition after 2 hours of grinding is by 35-40% higher than that of the cement from cliker without addition. It has been revealed that alumina particles morphology influences the specific surface area and grinding time greatly. As a result of the carried out researches of the influence of firing temperature on physical mechanical properties of calcium monoaluminate cement with additions of different alumina quantity the optimal amount of this additionwhich allows optimizing technological parameters of calcium monoaluminate cement production with alumina additions has been established. In accordance with the agreements with the enterprises of Ukraine within the bounds of work the pilot batches of refractory cements: high-aluminous cement of ВГЦ-73 and the pilot combined cement based on calcium monoaluminate cement with additions have been produced. The work shall be continued in the line of raveling courses of rational composition cement grinding in the industrial mill and sampling the extended assortment as a binding agent for concretes.
