The aim of the work is a development of the semiempirical bremsstrahlung model from spatial distributed electron source and mathematical realization of this model for wide range of real-world problems in the modern plasma and radiation technologies area. Investigation method is a theoretical analysis of the geometrical and physical models of aт ionizing radiation sources which use in a plasma and radiation-technological processes. The theoretical and mathematical physics methods, computer simulation of the stochastic physical processes and Monte-Carlo method for computer simulation of bremsstrahlung parameters from the electron emission converter are used in the work. Semiempirical model for describing of the bremsstrahlung integral and differential characteristics from not plate converter bombarded by the spatial distributed electron beam source has been developed. The analytical relations for the current density, spectral and angular distribution calculation of the bremsstrahlung in the different space points outside the converter has been obtained. The algorithm has been developed and researches program implementing semiempirical model has been created. The model program testing and fallibility analyzing on the base of calculating data sets has been carried out. The obtained results may bee applied to the planning, preparation and interpretation of an experimental investigation of the modern power X-ray generators working on the base plasma electron sources.
