Karazin popup.description2 The purpose of the study is theoretical examination of requirements of shaping of a spatial focusing and a necessary time distribution of ultrasonic energy in heterogeneous mediums, sufficient for excitation by means of force of radiative pressure of local shift strains with known parameters. Theoretical examination of factors, which influence on quantity of shift excitation in focus ultrasonic transducer. Experimental examinations of displacements in the soft tissues of a different kinds, and examination of requirements of their effective measurement the Doppler method. As a result of the study the requirements of a spatial focalizing theoretically surveyed, factors which influence quantity of shift strains, spectrums of the Doppler signals for a vibroelastographic mode are explored. Theoretical examinations of features of uptake of ultrasound in the soft tissues, as one of factors which influences amplitude of detrusion in tissues at application a pulsing mechanical loading are carried out. Experimental researches of displacements in tissues in vitro are carried out. As objects of examination are chosen a series of the soft tissues of the cow which differ the viscoelastic properties. Except for this with the purpose of examinations of nonlinear properties of an elastic modulus of a tissue which can influence quality of mapping of elasticity in elastographic mode, have been carried out examinations of tissues which are in requirements of exterior squeezing a different degree.
