The purpose of work: to obtain a complex of data concerning the retention of biologically active compounds under conditions of micellar liquid chromatography (MLC) and to make on this basis an adequate multiparametric models for predicting the biological activity of new substances. Methods: spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography, micellar liquid chromatography, computation programs for determination of theoretical estimations of hydrophobicity of organic substances. Obtained results and novelty: retention factors of biologically active compounds - a group of water soluble and liposoluble vitamins under conditions of MLC were experimentally obtained; dependences of retention factors on content of micellar eluent components were characterized. Peculiarities of specific for MLC molecular descriptor - partition constant of substance between aqueous solution and micellar pseudophase from the nature of surfactant (anionic sodium dodecylsulphate and nonionic Brij 35, which are used in MLC and biopartition micellar chromatography, respectively) were considered. Variants of know linear correlations of solvation energies and determination methods of molecular descriptors were analyzed. The data about separation of more than 20 benzene derivatives for four micellar mobile phases containing sodium dodecylsulphate and modified by 1-butanol, 1-pentanol, 1-butanoic and 1-pentanoic acids, were used for quantitative characteristic of mobile phases. Field of application: chromatography, physical chemistry of organic substances, analytical, pharmaceutical and biological chemistry. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
