The molecular cluster structure, the vibration relaxation processes in liquid methyl and ethyl alcohols was studied. For the first time normal vibration forms of infinite BN single-wall nanotubes have been analytically calculated. CdSe nanoparticles of 1.2-3.2 nm size range were grown by chemical method. Size-selective photochemical etching method was optimized for obtaining of nanoparticles. For the first time the thermal stimulated luminescence curves for CdS, CdSe nanoparticles were obtained. The basic model of kinetic theory of X-ray conductivity of wideband semiconductors and dielectrics has been developed. It has been discovered that the DNA and RNA electronic level hierarchy promoted the electronic excitation energy transfer to photo stable centers. The spectral manifestation of interaction and phototoxic influence of dyes to DNA and RNA has been studied. Design, synthesis and investigation offunctionality of compounds containing some -electronic systems have been carried out. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
