The aim of the work: construction of mathematical models of influence mentioned above fields on biological objects, analytical and numerical investigations of characteristics of passing, reflection and absorption of wideband fields. The method of investigations: solving Maxwell equations in frequency domain for the electrodynamic structure taking into account boundary conditions on adjacent surfaces, Fourier transform for the calculation of response of the structure on the influence of transient field, direct numerical calculation in time domain. The problems of determining the coefficients of reflection and passing through the boundaries of domains, energy absorption, depth of penetration wideband field in a model of biological medium with the use of assumption of independence of electrodynamic parameters of medium on frequency and with taking into account of the dependence. Direct numerical calcula-tion is carried out in assumption of entire absorption of a field in the depth of the structure and rather big transversal sizes of the structure for independence of fields on transversal coordinates. The possibility of wideband field application for irradiation and diagnosis is analysed on the base of the results of the calculation. The results of investigations are the base for working out the methods of irradiation of biological objects by transient fields and introscopy of inclusions.
