The effect of the scattering in the polar and azimuthal planes during the impact with the surface one the conditions of the particle channeling at the emission from a surface with a DS has been determined. Spatial distributions of the local magnetooptical response for the ferrite-garnet films irradiated by the electrons have been studied. Increase in the density of the Lichtenberg figures qualitatively change this response, which is explained by the deformations of the labyrinth domain structure.
