The objects of research are institution environment of transformation economy, inno-vation infrastructure as a type of institution environment, mechanism of business mo-tivation. The goal of this research is theoretical analyze of institution environment of transformation economy. The methods using in the summary: institutional and statis-tic analyze. In the paper changes in the institution environment of transformation economy are investigated. Special attention is given on process of innovation infra-structure establishment and institute of enterprising forming.
