The images were obtained in the R filter during 2001-2006 with the 1.5-m AZT-22 telescope at the Maidanak Mountain (Uzbekistan). A comparison to the results obtained by the OGLE group in the V filter during the same time period was fulfilled. Statistical estimates of the quasar intrinsic brightness variations were obtained from the Q2237+0305 light curves taken in 1997-2006 in the R filter (Maidanak) and in the V filter (OGLE). The estimates for dispersions of the source brightness variations are ?S = 0.14±0.04 and ?S = 0.11±0.05 in filters V and R, respectively. Theoretical investigation of structures of quasars and active galactic nuclei was continued. In the framework of the dipole-toroidal model, an exact solution of the two-dimensional hydrodynamic equations for symmetric configuration of four vortexes was obtained for the case of a radial flow.
