The components and their interaction were approved which will make the basis of a created system, in particular, database PostgreSQL 8.2 and remote access to her from a client part with usage of Apache Tomcat 6.0.14 Servlet/JSP container and interface JDBC 4, web services engine Apache Axis2 Version 1.3 for creating WSDL-description, sending and receiving of SOAP messages and SAX-parser for parsing and validating of the ТM-data on conformity to the XTCE-scheme.
