Work objective — development of conceptual bases of principles of automated water transport ways monitoring system building and structure for estimation of their technical state and safe operation; and creation of information models of secured remote-controlled small-sized underwater robot-device model and special complex of bottom surface mapping and visualization. Research methods — scientific-technical analysis of monitoring WTW control system features. The objective and major tasks of information technologies application in water transport ways monitoring control have been determined; requirements to information project demands have been stated and application of specific technologies, that will be used in the project has been grounded. The structure and functioning principle of automated water transport ways hydraulic structures monitoring system have been proposed, what gives an opportunity to raise the probability of WTW operating condition quantitative indices at the expense of modern computer technologies of collection, processing and deployment of operating data application.The system of information modulars has been proposed and schematic diagram of their interaction has been developed for the purpose of acquisition of operating and authentic data about the objects of water transport ways submerged component with the help of submersible robot-device. The process sequence for normalization of water transport ways monitoring objects database on basis of information, acquired with the help of underwater robot-device has been proposed, which creates theoretical foundation for water transport ways monitoring automation on basis of robotized technologies. The information model of specialized mapping and bottom surface visualization complex has been developed in the form of mapping information array, of the third normal form of database relational model and specialized mapping complex information data packet ER-diagram. RSW results are planned to introduction at the enterprises of Ukrainian Department of Transport.
