Purpose of work is a theoretical ground of processes of forming of high-quality connection zones. It is shown that a major factor of influence on their quality is crystallization conditions. Ways of management in data of technological process are offered and on this basis the theoretical concept of the formation mechanism of high-quality connection zones is developed. Basic propositions of the given concept are defined: behavior of diffuse processes, redistribution of chemical elements, change of thermal data. Pilot results are confirmed by spectral microX-ray, X-ray and optical methods of the analysis.
