During the period under report, some work on preparation for implementation of the pilot CDBC project has been carried out, namely: 1. Comparative analysis of all components of a computer system to support distance learning in educational institution using common learning information resources of different educational institutions. 2. Sociological study of materials which was held as unscheduled event within the project to determine the current state of affairs regarding the use of electronic, including distance, learning in higher schools has been carried out. 3.
