Karazin popup.description2 The objects of our research were exudates of fungi Pleurotus ostreatus, root exudates of wheat "Donetskaya-48". The aim of research consisted in following: - to research the influence of cultural medium of P. ostreatus on root growth rate and activity of root excretion of 1-day-old wheat seedlings; - to research the influence of mineral composition of water from different issues on germination rate, root growth rate and activity of root excretion of 1-day-old wheat seedlings; - to estimate the peculiarity of correlation of parameters of hydroponics wheat culture at cultivation on water from different issues. In course of work the contain of aminoacids and high-molecular protein in initial medium (concoction of sunflower peeling, of wheat middlings) and in culture medium at the 11th day of cultivation was determined.
