Karazin popup.description2 The purpose of the work is scientific research and grounding of theoretical and practical aspects of functioning of credit co-operations in People's Republic of China, development of practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of the use of funds of local budgets of Ukraine, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations directed on perfection of the mechanism of formation and management of resources of Ukrainian banks. The methods of research are the dialectical method, principle of logic and system analysis and synthesis; formalization and economic and mathematical simulation, statistical and graphical analysis, methods of financial analysis.In the course of the research, basic problems and ways of reformation of credit co-operation of People's Republic of China are formulated, ways for improvement of the system of the use of funds of local budgets are determined, and scientific and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of its efficiency are developed, practical recommendations are developed in relation to perfection of the mechanism of formation and management of resources of commercial banks. The results of the research in relation to the credit co-operation of People's Republic of China have theoretical and practical value for the increase of efficiency of functioning of the credit system of People's Republic of China. The value of the results acquired in the research consists in development of basic directions of reformation of credit co-operation in People's Republic of China. The basic provisions of the scientific research can be recommended for introduction into practice by financial and credit institutions of People's Republic of China, which would allow to increase the efficiency of their activity. The results of the executed research in relation to perfection of the mechanism of formation and management of bank resources have theoretical and practical value for the increase of the efficiency of functioning of the banking system. The value of the results acquired in the course of the research lies in the grounding of ways of perfection of the mechanism of formation of resources of commercial banks of Ukraine. The basic positions of the scientific research are set out in the form of suggestions and can be recommended for introduction into practice by domestic commercial banks and also by higher education instituitions, where disciplines in the field of finance and banking are read.
