The purpose of the work - updating of worker test manuals on determination of remaining change the sizes of refractory products with the true porosity less 45 % at heating on ГОСТ 5402.1-2000 (ISO 2478-87), on determination of temperature to deformation-under-load on ГОСТ 4070-2000 (ISO 1892-89), on determination of thermal conductivity of refractory products on ГОСТ 12170-85; updating of technical documentation on test setup for determination of appearing density, water uptake and open porosity refractory products with the true porosity less 45 % on ГОСТ 2409-95; the improvement laboratory chamber electric furnace for determination of thermal-shock resistance of refractory products on ДСТУ 3056-95 and EN 993-11. Methods of the studies are an experimental studies and developments. Updating of workmanship instructions on undertaking the test for refractory products on determination of remaining change the sizes at heating, the temperature to deformation-under-load and thermal conductivity of refractory products, are executed. As a result three new workmanship instructions are developed: - РИ ГОСТ 5402.1-2008 "Workmanship instruction. Determination of remaining change the sizes at heating of refractory products with the true porosity less 45 % on ГОСТ 5402.1-2000 (ISO 2478-87) and estimation of measurement uncertainty"; - РИ ГОСТ 4070-2008 "Workmanship instruction. Determination of temperature to deformation-under-load on ГОСТ 4070-2000 (ISO 1893?89)"; - РИ ГОСТ 12170-2008 "Workmanship instruction. Determination of thermal conductivity on ГОСТ 12170-85 and estimation of measurement uncertainty". Updating of technical documentation on test setup for determination of appearing density, water uptake and open porosity refractory products is executed. As a result new technical documentation on test setup is designed: 00190503.Л10.004 РЭ "Test setup for determination of appearing density, water uptake and open porosity refractory products on ГОСТ 2409-95 (ISO 5017-88). Service manual". Designed new workmanship instructions and service manual of the test equipment allow to raise the quality of the performing the test refractory products and quality of service of the test equipment in accordance with requirements of the ДСТУ ISO 17025-2001. Designed workmanship instructions contain the elaborated order of the undertaking the test for refractory products, in them is brought instructions on for-making someone look fat laboratory journal, as well as order and examples of measurement uncertainty estimation. Laboratory chamber electric furnace, applicable at determination of thermal-shock resistance of refractory products on ДСТУ 3056-95 and EN 993-11, is advanced. Technical description of the advanced electric furnace construction, including, systems of the heating, lining elements and electric circuit of management, is executed. The results of the research effort areintroduced in practical person of the functioning (working) the open joint stock company "UKRNIIO named A. S. Berezhnoy".
