Object of investigation - proteins, model lipid and protein-lipid membranes, erythrocytes. Objective - investigation of molecular mechanisms of electromagnetic field effects on bioobjects. Methods of investigation - biophysical, biochemical, radiophysical, and mathematical. A review of the recent evidence on radiofrequency electromagnetic field effects on bioobjects is presented. Human blood erythrocytes, model lipid and protein-lipid membranes, isolated proteins serve have been the objects under study. Using fluorescent probes SQ-1 and mediator dyes methylene blue or oil red the frequency dependencies characterizing UHF electromagnetic field influence on physicochemical properties of model membranes and glucose oxidase activity have been obtained. While examining human erythrocyte reaction on UHF irradiation no significant changes in cell hemolytic resistance have been observed in the presence of membranotropic agents - chloropromazine and calcium ions.
