The purpose of project is creation of the high-speed and reliable intellectual system of videosupervision, which is able to expose and watch the face of people. Basic tasks to the project followings: increase of the productivity of communication of intellectual video camera channels with a computer; development of methods and algorithms of previous treatment of videoshots in color skins and by motion; development of methods and algorithms of exposure of face of man is on the basis of the combined cascade of classifiers, розпаралелення studies of classifiers, and also perfection of method of studies of neuron network within the framework of the combined cascade; development of algorithms of watching of faces; development of corresponding programmatic facilities, and also high-level programmatic interface for co-operating with an intellectual chamber; programming of the worked out algorithms is in the set of instructions of processor of the digital processing of images of intellectual video camera. Results of researches are the worked out methods and algorithms of the previous processing of images on the basis of segmentation after motion, watching of objects; built mathematical model of universal space of colors.
