The subject of inguiry is structure and mechanical properties of the developed superalloy ЗМИ-3УМ2 (ЖС-32Э) specimens produced by means of directional (mono) crystallization and compared with alloys ЖС-26 and ЖС-32. The aim of the work is the development of a new save-alloyed superalloy with lower manufacturing cost and the same level of high-temperature strength as alloy ЖС-32. Methods of investigation: methallographic analysis and electrone microscopy; X- ray structural and X- ray microspectral analyses; short-term and long-term mechanical tests at high temperatures within the range from 800 to 1000 C. Obtained results have shown, that the developed save-alloyed superalloy ЗМИ-3УМ2 (ЖС-32Э) exhibits significantly higher mechanical properties than superalloy ЖС-26 does. In comparison with alloy ЖС-32, the developed alloy has the same level of mechanical properties at well lower manufacturing cost. Due to more balanced multicomponent alloyed system the developed superalloy displays better structure and phases stability comparatively with alloys ЖС-26 and ЖС-32 at durable influence of high temperatures. Field of application is energetic and gas-transfering systems of Ukraine.
