The objective: to define professional-pedagogic basis of specialists' preparation in the system of higher and secondary education in the view of the latest scientific researches. Methods used: theoretic - the study, analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific and methodical literature on the problems of professional-pedagogic specialists' preparation; the analysis of contemporary practice in professional making of specialist's personality; empirical methods - purposeful observation on the ways and forms of professional making, development and self-development of specialists, questionnaire polls, discussions, testing of teachers and students, pedagogic experiment(diagnostic, stating, formative), statistic - qualitative and quantitative analysis of the experimental data. The theoretic and practical results: there have been exposed the theoretic basis for technology creation of organization of independent students' work, the initial approaches of which are competent, professional, facilitative; there have also been defined the content of the concept personality-orientated technology of organization of pedagogic tutorship activity, which considers the creation of conditions for valid display and corresponding development of personality functions directed on future specialists' upbringing with maximum individualization, based on conceptual principles of development of future teachers' personality: humanistic, acsiological, acmeological, culturological; there has been exposed the content of formation technology of psychotherapeutically oriented pedagogic technique of future teachers as a system of studies and qualities of the personality of a teacher, allowing her to fulfill humanistic personality-oriented pedagogic and psychotherapeutic impact on the subjects of the pedagogical process; pedagogic technology of future teachers' preparation to fulfillment of pedagogic design which is the holistic logically finished theoretic construct, containing a complex of innovation procedures, realization of which guarantees the achievement of necessary results; the content of the concept "pedagogic facilitation" as a specific kind of teacher's pedagogic activity, the aim of which is to help the personality to be aware of oneself as of some value, support its tending to self-development, self-realization and procurement to personality growth; there have been worked out the models of formation of professional mobility of future economists in the process of training, preparation of future specialists of preschool education to work with problem families; preparation of future teachers of primary school to formation of socially-valuable orientations at younger pupils; formation of cognitive independence of students - future translators; there have been developed and implemented in the training of establishments of higher and graduate education such courses as: "Family Pedagogic", "Theory and Methodology of Cooperation with Families", special courses like "Professional Mobility of Future Specialists", "Efficient Pedagogic Cooperation", "The Basis of Culturological Teacher's Activity", "The Basis of Formation of Socially-Valuable Orientations of the Personality", "The Basis of Style Behavior of a Modern Teacher", "The Basis of Professional Making of Future Engineer-Builders"; there have been experimentally tested the methods: the formation of the standards of efficient pedagogic cooperation in the process of raising of teachers' qualification; preparation of future teachers of physical training to moral upbringing of younger pupils; the use of environmental approach in professional activity of the teacher of Arts; the formation of the individual style of professional activity of future teachers of the Humanities; the diagnosis of the levels of professional making of engineer-builders. Implementation: the materials of the research can be used by the teachers in the training-upbringing process of higher educational establishments, establishments of graduate education during the preparation of textbooks, tutorials, monographs, methodological guidelines, normative and variation courses, by the applicants in getting a scientific degree in the process of writing a doctoral thesis, a candidate thesis, by masters and students during writing master's and diploma works.
