Obtained TiO2, except a cheapness and ecological safety due to these researches of structure and intercalation activity of "host" positions, has appropriate structural channels, which are able to provide fastening of "host" objects particles as a result of electrochemical intercalation. The using of activated carbon on the base of fruit pits for supercapacitors electrodes forming is substantiated. The technological device for the activated carbon modification in the stream of hot air is designed and made. The basic technological parameters of TiO2 getting by sol gel technique are set, the precursors (tetrachloride, isoproxide and butoxide of titanium) are selected, using of which enables TiO2 getting with the structure and properties optimized for maximal "host" loading by lithium ions at level x = 5,8, with the effective output about 28 %. The modified in the stream of hot air activated carbon for the electrodes of supercapacitors is obtained. Using the feedstock of phytogenous (fruit pits, sawdusts of flax, coconut shell) by hydrothermal method samples of absorbent carbon were obtained and their properties were investigated. In particular, samples of activated carbon with a high poured density with the maintainance of other physical and chemical characteristics were got. So the poured density of absorbent carbon from fruit pits is between of 0,35 - 0,45 g/sm3, and the bulk density of absorbent carbon from coconut shell gets 0,65 g/sm3. Distributing of pores according to their sizes is investigated, measuring of specific surface is conducted, which has 1220 m2/g for an activated carbon from fruit pits and 1090 m2/g for an activated carbon from coconut shell. Internal resistance of the capacitor systems with standard size "2525" formed on the basis of the got material with a water electrolyte using is a 0,08 - 0,1 Om. By methods of differential-thermal and thermal-gravimetric analysis changes of heat and mass in activated carbon obtained on the base of phytogenous raw material by a hydrothermal method at pressure (5-10) atm are found. It is shown that as compared to activated carbon, which is got by traditional methods, in our case during the process of steamcreation more intensive loss of mass (~ on 50-80%) in certain temperature intervals is taking place, accordingly speed of endo- and exothermic reactions responsible for steamcreation is increasing. The insignificant influence of double electric layer pseudocapacity in the capacitor systems based on the obtained activated carbon was found by the methods of impedance spectroscopy.
