Methods of investigation and equipment: information and analytical, experimental investigations with developed apparatus using. Results: it is prepared the analytical survey in such areas: nanotechnologies, properties of nanocoatings, processes for different type nanocoatings fabrication, and methods for research of multifunctional coatings main characteristics. Main functional properties of consolidated materials in ultradispersed state have been revealed. From the point of view of the problem of deposition anti-wear and corrosion-resistant coatings onto inner acting face of parts working in conditions of intensive mechanical and corrosive wear perspective coating types, the range of functional properties, features of deposition and diagnostics of these coatings were developed. It is obtained more specific directions of an industrial design for plasma technological apparatus. It is specified the set of needed techniques and equipment for research and diagnostics of nanostructured and nanocomposited coatings. Experimental plasma-ion magnetron type devices with ion assistance for deposition of nanostructured coatings onto inner surfaces were developed.
