Subject of research - hardware of network capable application processor (NCAP) for information-measuring and measuring-control systems. Purpose of research - 1) improvement of methods of structural synthesis of hardware of computing systems; 2) searching of new ways implementation of NCAPs with improved functional capabilities which are based on micro-controllers; 3) creating of NCAP's prototype. Research methods - system theory and methods of systems analysis; queueing theory; methods of morphological analysis both synthesis and discrete optimization. Theoretical both practical result and their novelty - 1) based on methods of the morphological analysis, synthesis and discrete optimization the method of structural synthesis of hardware of the computing systems has found the further development; 2) the NCAP's structure which is based on two processors is offered. Processes of data processing and data transfer are carry out on separate microcontrollers in the offered structure of NCAP; 3) The prototype of NCAP which is based on proposed structure is implemented. The developed prototype of NCAP support the set of widely used serial interfaces and can to work in Web-based distributed systems.
