In this case an influence on corundum ceramics properties of its firing temperature 1580 and 1680о and addition of КПМШ corundum powder (made by the way of Г-00 alumina modification by magnesia at temperature treatment and next milling up to high dispersion in a spherical mill with corundum grinding bodies and lining) and alumina CT 3000 SG made by "Almatis Gmbh"(Germany) is studied. It is established that at particle replacement of КПМО corundum powder on СТ 3000 SG alumina or КПМШ powder reception of samples and products from corundum ceramics which is satisfy by properties to requirements TУ У 26.2-0019503-300 : 2007 after firing at the temperature lowered on 70 оC in comparison with existing, i.e. at 1680 оC.Researches on technology improving of chamotte-cordierite ceramics are executed. Influence of a kind and quantity of a clay component (Ч-2 clay, П-3 kaolin) on physico-mechanical characteristics of samples and products made by a semi-dry pressing method is investigated. It is shown that for the masses containing different ratios of thin milling and a granular component of batch, replacement of a part granular chamotte by the kaolin additive or clay without lowering of samples properties is possible. Use of the additive of clay and kaolin in the masses containing different ratios of thin milling and a granular component of batch, allows to receive samples with open porosity no more than 29 - 30 % at high value of cold crushing strength - 49,0 - 87,0 МПа (with the additive of clay) and 90,6 - 122,0 МПа (with the additive of kaolin). The received results of researches allow to expand a raw-material base by manufacture ШКДИ chamotte-cordierite products made by a semi-dry method.Under contracts with the enterprises of Ukraine and the СНГ countries trial lots of products from corundum and chamotte-cordierite ceramics are made. Indicators of products properties are corresponding to the standard documentation. Production is delivered to customers in total volume.The work should be continued in a direction of results use of the present researches for manufacturing techniques perfection of corundum and cordierite ceramics made by thermoplastic pressing method.
