It is shown that for most anions a concentration must not exceed a 1 mol/l. Taking into account the worked out recommendations the analysis of maintenance of water-soluble chlorine in soil, natural reservoirs and drinking-water of different districts of Sumy is conducted. Comparing of the got results to the maximum-possible concentrations of chlorine ion in a drinking-water and soil is conducted. The new methods of determination of pesticides in soil and water are offered.It allows to determine the degree of their dechlorination in fresh water and in unsalt soil. Research results can be used for the estimation of the state of population health in connection with the factor of flux of chlorine ions in biological organisms.
