Corresponding 8-aminoderivatives were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of fluorine. .Cyclocondensation of 1-alkyl-1-H-benzimidazoles, -imidazoles with 1,3-diphenyl-4-bromo-2-buten-1-оn to prepare pyrido[2,1-b]benzimidazole, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine systems was studied. Novel equivalents of 1,4-bielectrophiles - derivatives o-bromomethylbenzophenone for formation of fused izoquinolines were proposed. New reduction reaction of flavonoids with iridium-catalyst was investigated. Conformationally constrained bicyclic proline analogues were incorporated into antimicrobial peptide Gramicidine S. The synthetic approaches to 1,2,3,4- tetrahydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acids, 3-(2- hidroxybenzoyl)quinolines, 7-H-chromeno[3,2-c]quinolines with trimethylchlorosilan as a condensing agent were elaborated.
