Determination of pH of slips with using of pH-meter pH 673, determination of rheological properties on digital Brucfild's viscosimeter Lvdv-ii+ Pro, standard methods of determination of open porosity, apparent density and bending strength.Researches on perfection of corundum ceramics technology in part of modified by addition 0,2 % MgO at firing, and by addition 10 % ZrO2 in a 100 l volume ball mill with corundum grind bodies and lining alumina grinding carried out. Optimum time of both kinds alumina grinding is determined.It is shown slips, prepared from these aluminas with using of both basic and acidic deflocculant at slip casting in gypsum shapes provide forming of quality green and fired corundum ceramics samples with indexes of properties satisfying the requirements of technical terms for extra density corundum ceramics.On basis of the carried out researches results the corundum ceramics technology is improved, the project of technological instruction on the production of corundum ceramics from grinding in a ball mill with corundum grind bodies and lining aluminas is developed.By concluded contracts the trial lots of products from corundum ceramics with brand КОПМ and КОПМТ are produced and passed to the customers. It is necessary to continue work in the direction of fine disperse aluminas additions using at the termoplastical shaping and expansion of products from corundum ceramics application places.
