A luminescence of RE-doped complex phosphates has been examined, possibility of their application as a base of novel luminophore materials was proposed. Composites containing nanoorganized particles of oxide bronzes of Mo, W, Nb and Ta, prospective as adsorbents and catalysts have been obtained. Two-stage mechanism of dion-jacobson phases BaLn2Ti3O10 from coprecipitated hydroxycarbonates systems; necessary criteria, conditions and range of isomorphic substitutions in the structure of these dielectrics were determined.
