Structure and magnetic fields of solar corona of 2006 and 2008 were studied. The semi-empirical models of powerful solar flares and a sunspot without flare were constructed. For N-S asymmetry of magnetic field, areas and middle latitudes of sunspots, the 8-9 years period was found. The following effects were investigated theoretically: diamagnetic displacement of magnetic field from convective zone, as well as polarized electric fields, tidal forces and induction electric fields.
