The purpose of work is development of oxide solders on the basis of the CaO-MgO-SiO2 system for making of the soldered products from high-clean corundum ceramics. The research methods are a differential-thermal analysis, electronic microscopy. Determination of breaking point at a fourpoint bend of soldered products and destruction temperature of high-clean corundum ceramics seals at influence of the stretching loading by the method of OJSC "Ukrainian Research Institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" МВИ 322-76-2005. It is established, formation of a crystalline phase in solders on the basis of the CaO-MgO-SiO2 system allows to improve the service temperature of high-clean corundum ceramics seals to 1500оС without mechanical loading and to 1365оС at influence of stretching loading 0,047 N/mm2, that on 45оС higher, than a destruction temperature of seals on the basis of the before developed solders of the CaO- Al2O3-SiO2 system. As a result of the seals properties research the technology of solders of the CaO-MgO-SiO2 system obtaining is developed and the soldered products from high-clean corundum ceramics with the improved service temperature are made. The trial lot of corundum insulators as tubes with metallization coverage of internal surface, which have the internal electric resistance 150 MOm on length 100 mm owing to introduction in the coverage compоsition of Al2O3 addition is made. Technological workarounds, which allow making compound profile soldered metal-ceramics assemblies from high-clean corundum ceramics, are practiced. The trial lot of metal-ceramics insulators is made. It is necessary to continue work in the direction of mastering soldering technology of products with different configurations by solders on the basis of the CaO-MgO-SiO2 system.
