Average heterozygosity 130-140-year-old plant relict populations of P. sylvestris (НО = 0.288, HE = 0.277) Kremenets hills and in the Maloye Polesiye significantly lower than that of 30-40-year-old tree plantations (НО = 0.358, He = 0.330) in the region. Observed heterozygosity of the seed progeny was significantly lower than that of plant of populations (HO = 0.169) and plantations (НО = 0.180). In archival-clonal plantation genetic structure of seed progeny is differed from the genetic structure of the parent plant, which is manifested in a high frequency of occurrence in seed progeny of significant deviations from the distribution of genotypes theoretically expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
