The aim of the work - research and implementation of the advanced methods of data acquisition, processing, complex analysis and data submission concerning conditions of lands for the effective economical, technical and ecological decision-making process regarding usage of city lands. The methods of satellite images' application for the tasks of city's land delimitations are developed and tested. The research of legislative provisions for the 3D-real estate units' determination within Ukrainian juridical system has been provided. Analysis and justification for the structure and content of the land cadastral system registration part are provided. The structure of spatial information storage, based on UML representation has been elaborated. Theoretical foundations of land valuation approach, based on additional costs accounting, caused by mining works influence have been developed. The method of mining works' influence accounting during mass valuation of city lands is elaborated and tested effectively. This method is based on allocation of zones with equal influence of mining works.
