On the basis of criteria the group of patients with the risk of oncopulmonological diseases was formed, it included 64 participants of liquidation of Chernobyl Catastrophe consequences, 56 Object "Shelter" personnel, 40 inhabitants of the territories with high indoor radon 222 level. The inform data base included clinical, dosimetric, endoscopic, cytological, immunological data. It was estimated, that the more common risk factors were ionizing radiation, smoking, chronic pulmonary diseases. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease was found in 47 % of patients, chronic bronchitis in 35 % cases, bronchial asthma - 10 % of cases. The main form of endobronchial changes was catarral or cattaral-sclerotic endobronchitis with traxeo-bronchial tree deformation. The diagnostic and treatment measures for long term effects of radionucleads inhalation on bronchopulmonary system was estimated. They included treatment programmes and smoking quiting programmes.
