Theoretical and practical results - the new technology of the high-performance automated treatment of details on heavy machine-tools, new computer-integrated technology of work-hardening of toolpieces and responsible details of heavy metal-cutting machine-tools are developed. Novelty -a multi-tiered system of decision making with elements of artificial intelligence to implement the system of adaptive optimal control of machining process on heavy machines is developed.
