The goal of the research is to find out the perspectives of the national service market caused by the transnationalization and to work out the recommendations for the Ukrainian enterprises to take active part in the international services trade under the conditions of transnationalization. The main scientific results are received by means of historical, system, functional, synergetic approaches to the analysis of the international service market under the conditions of transnationalization using the special economic methods: system and structural analysis, comparative analysis, graphic and statistical methods, critical and cluster analysis, SWOT-analysis, modeling. The scientific novelty of the results is the discovery of the specific character and trends of the international service market, influenced by transnationalization, and a complex of recommendations for the development of Ukraine's policy on this market.
