Purpose of work - On the basis of research of conformities of morphological, physiology and biochemical changes to study the adaptations in the organism of Cyprinus carpio L. different age to the action of organic toxicants, ions of lead and winter starvation. Research methods: hydrochemical, histological, hematological, biochemical, morphometrical analysis, microscopy, ultracentrifugation, photoelectroncolorimetria, spectrophotometry, chromatography, statistically results are treated the generally accepted methods with the standard computer programs. In work found out morphological and tissue changes in the organism of carp under act of herbicides (zenkor, 2,4-dihlorphenoxiotstiova acid and roundup) with the flow of time. The mechanisms of adaptation forming on the indexes of blood of two and underyearling carp are set under herbicides effect. The age-old features of exchange of matters are set in the organism of carp for the actions of organic toxicants. Intercommunication of chemical composition of herbicide and metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates, albumens, energetic exchange, is shown in the organs of different age carp. Dependence is shown out between nature of toxicant (cations of lead, phenol, herbicides) and indexes of power exchange in the organs of carp. The complex estimation of the state of two years carp is given at the toxic influencing. The age-old features of forming of adaptation of Cyprinus carpio L are represented. on the action of low temperature and starvation.
