A research aim is development of the theoretic-metodological fitting for relations in the field of labour and social-labour infrastructure, conceptual, organizationally-economic and legal principles of their adjusting in Ukraine. For implementation of research the system of scientific and special methods (abstractly-logical, generalization, classification, comparison, synthesis, induction, deduction, analysis, statistical, graphic, expert estimations, design) is used, and also new method in a social-labour sphere (to social authentication ).As a result of implementation of researches on the topic next scientific and practical results are got: the organizationally-economic mechanism of forming of the system of assistance is offered by higher educational establishments of employment of graduating students, the criteria of estimation of efficiency of the system of assistance are offered and reasonable by higher educational establishments of employment of graduating students on high-quality parameters, the methodical going is worked out near forming of Association of centers of assistance of employment of graduating students of INSTITUTE of higher at co-ordinating level, the system of quantitative indexes which characterize the realized mobility of population of country is worked out, methodical principles of determination of Index of the realized mobility, which is based on quantitative expression of level to realization of key trends of human mobility, are worked out, determination of maintenance of the "system of assistance is improved by higher educational establishments of employment of graduating students", the theoretic-metodological going is improved near the analysis of problems of employment of graduating students of INSTITUTE of higher, methodical bases of determination of size of proximate economic damages are worked out from emigration of population; suggestions geared-up to bill "About a social dialog in Ukraine", geared-up suggestion to the having a special purpose programs of development of regions of Ukraine, the methodical are worked out recommendations in relation to creation of "System of internal audits of labour processes".
